Brunch with Joellyn Zollman
Eat, Pray, Farm: Jewish Agriculture in America
Sunday, February 3 • 10 am
Learn about the relationship between Jews and the land, which developed with Zionism and also flourished in the United States in several Jewish farming collectives. This late celebration of Tu B’Shevat will feature food and fun with an interactive lecture. We will listen to a Yiddish folk song about farming and read the memoirs of a Jewish woman who farmed in South Dakota.
Cost for the brunch and talk is $10 per person. Please RSVP below or to the Temple office by Wednesday, January 30.
If you pay online after January 30th, please print out and bring your receipt to the event.
