Journaling: Writing to Heal

Wednesday, March 3, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Our narratives matter; they define who we are. For this reason, journaling is an invaluable tool to support healing and growth.
It has been a painful and challenging year. Moving into the new year is the perfect time to reflect and connect and make sense of what has happened.
Finding your own words through writing can lead to clarity, insight, change and growth.
Ignite your passion for writing your personal experiences. There will be opportunities to share your writing in a positive environment. We will explore creative journal writing using thought provoking prompts, poems and exercises.
This workshop series will explore the power of our personal stories and personal writing. We will embark on finding, writing and sharing our stories while learning writing practices that lead us to personal resilience and renewal, especially important during these challenging times.
This workshop is for writers of all levels. Join us for inspiration and connection.
You will need a pen, a journal/notebook, or a computer to write on.
