WOMEN OF REFORM JUDAISM (WRJ)
We are a group of women who have found friendship and sisterhood among other Reform Jewish Women across the generations. We foster the highest ideals of Reform Judaism through social and educational programs serving our Temple and community.
Member dues help support our programs and projects but your involvement and participation are vital to the success of everything we hope to accomplish. We are “Sisters by Choice!”
Artisan Festival
Looking for a great way to get a jump start on your holiday shopping while helping kids in our community go to college?
Temple Emanu-El’s Sisterhood is hosting its annual Artisan Festival on November 3th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Now in its 11th year, the Festival features affordably-priced, high-quality locally-made works including jewelry, ceramics, soaps, fabric arts, wooden items, fused glass, paintings, and more!
The Festival offers a showcase to 34 artisans; one-third are new to the show while others are long-time favorites. In addition to selling their wares, each artist donates one of their creations that is raffled off at the event. All of the proceeds from the raffle, artisan booth fees, and a silent auction, support college scholarships for young people in our community.
