THE WISDOM OF AGING: RESILIENCE, COMPASSION
AND CONNECTION
“Youth is a gift of nature, but age is a work of art.” ~ Stanislaw
Jerzy Lee
Aging well is not just a biological process; it’s a journey that unfolds with its own set of joys and challenges.
This program is designed to give participants the tools to live meaningful and productive lives while coping with the unavoidable stresses of aging.
We will discuss:
Resilience
The power of experience
The importance of connection, compassion and community
Living with uncertainty
Celebrating our wisdom
Transitions
and much more….
When people come together in groups and speak from the heart they discover common threads, similar concerns, and shared longings.
Join us as we walk the journey of aging together.
